PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood treatment filter which controls a filtration flow speed and stably exhibits high performance for removing leucocytes while preventing a circuit from occlusion.SOLUTION: A blood treatment filter 1 includes； a flexible container 3 which introduces blood from an inlet 9e into an inner space R and discharges the blood to a blood discharge tube connected to an outlet 11e after treatment, a filter material 5 stored in the flexible container 3 which divides the inner space R into a space R1 at the inlet side and a space R2 at the outlet side and removes a specific component by filtering the passed blood, an inlet port 9a forming an inlet flow path 9b for passing the blood from the inlet 9e to the inner space R, and an outlet port 11a forming the outlet flow path 11b for passing the blood from the inner space R to the outlet 11e. The outlet port 11a is formed of a material which is harder to deform than the blood discharge tube, and the diameter of the outlet flow path 11b at the end of the inner space R side is smaller than the diameter of the inlet flow path 9b at the end of the inner space R side.【課題】濾過流速を制御し安定して高い白血球除去性能を発揮するとともに、回路の閉塞を抑制することができる血液処理フィルターを提供する。【解決手段】血液処理フィルター１は、入口９ｅからの血液を内部空間Ｒに導入し、処理後の血液を出口１１ｅに接続される血液排出チューブに排出する可撓性容器３と、可撓性容器３に収納され内部空間Ｒを入口側空間Ｒ１と出口側空間Ｒ２とに仕切り、通過する血液を濾過し特定成分を除去するフィルター材５と、入口９ｅから内部空間Ｒへ流れる血液を通過させる入口流路９ｂを形成する入口ポート９ａと、血液排出チューブよりも変形し難い部材であり内部空間Ｒから出口１１ｅへ流れる血液を通過させる出口流路１１ｂを形成する出口ポート１１ａと、を備え、出口流路１１ｂの内部空間Ｒ側の端部における直径は、入口流路９ｂの内部空間Ｒ側の端部における直径よりも小さい。【選択図】図２
