SOLUTION: This heat pump water heater system X comprises a bathroom drying and heating device Y and a mist generating device Z for generating mist in a bathroom. The mist generating device Z comprises a metal ion elution unit 30 for diluting metal ions and an ultrasonic vibrator, and can generate a mist including metal ions. Since the metal ions included in the mist are adhered to the wall surface and the ceiling surface of the bathroom by generating the mist including metal ions, the growth of mold and various saprophytes can be suppressed.
