The present invention relates to a method for selecting tick antigens, comprising the following steps: producing a tick transcriptome； synthetising the proteins； selecting the antigenic proteins； assessing the biological importance of the selected proteins； cloning and subcloning the DNA sequences relating to the selected proteins； synthetising antigens against ticks； and also, to antigenic compositions against ticks useful for mammals.La présente invention concerne un procédé de sélection d'antigènes de tiques, comprenant les étapes suivantes : production du transcriptome d'une tique ； synthèse de protéines ； sélection des protéines antigéniques ； évaluation de l'importance biologique des protéines sélectionnées ； clonage et sous-clonage des séquences d'ADN relatives aux protéines sélectionnées ； synthèse des antigènes dirigés contre les tiques. L'invention concerne également des compositions antigéniques contre les tiques destinées à des mammifères.A presente invenção trata de um processo de seleção de antígenos de carrapatos compreendendo as etapas de: produção do transcriptoma de um carrapato； síntese de proteínas； seleção das proteínas antigênicas； avaliação da importância biológica das proteínas selecionadas； clonagem e sub-clonagem das sequências de ADN relativas às proteínas selecionadas； síntese dos antígenos anticarrapato； e também, a composições antigênicas anticarrapato úteis a animais mamíferos.
