The object of the invention is the therapeutic corset of the upper limb exoskeleton consisting of the thoracic and dorsal corpuscles, and of the attaching straps (3) which characterizes the three-dimensional internal profile of the thoracic and dorsal corpuscles (2) as a complementary representation of the torso profile of the person, for which the corset is dedicated and the thoracic and dorsal corpuscles (2) are joined in the supraorbital part by joint elements which allow the reciprocal movement of the corpuscles (2) with at least one degree of freedom.Przedmiotem wynalazku jest gorset terapeutyczny egzoszkieletu kończyn górnych składający się z korpusów piersiowego i grzbietowego, oraz z pasów (3) mocujących, który charakteryzuje się tym, że trójwymiarowy wewnętrzny profil korpusu piersiowego oraz korpusu grzbietowego (2) stanowi komplementarne odwzorowanie profilu tułowia osoby, dla której dedykowany jest gorset, a korpusy piersiowy i grzbietowy (2) połączone są w części nadobojczykowej elementami przegubowymi, które umożliwiają wzajemny ruch korpusów (2) o co najmniej jednym stopniu swobody.
