Double-layer tablets or capsules for use in medicine during comprehensive treatment combining homeopathy and conventional therapy methods. The proposed tablets or capsules contain two immiscible layers (usually of different colours): one layer is a medicinal substance in a therapeutic dose the second layer is a sublingual medicinal substance with an analogous structural chemical formula. The medicinal substance and the analogue thereof have identical indications and different potential side effects. Both medicinal substances have identical pharmacophore groups and, as a result, have similar biophysical properties, which provides for a non-total intensification of the therapeutic effect and an increase in therapeutic effectiveness. The invention is characterized in that the analogous ingredient is manufactured according to homeopathic methods by means of potentiation at a dilution within the range of from 1x to 60x or from 1C to 30C. It is further characterized in that when subjective or objective symptoms of side effects appear, the therapeutic dose should be separated from the tablet or capsule and the sublingual layer should be used underneath the tongue until fully dissolved. The medicinal substance of the analogue competes for identical receptors with the therapeutic medicinal substance, wherein the therapy for the main disease continues, the reparation is intensified, and the bodys processes are restored.
