PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller of an agricultural machine and the agricultural machine in which the work is performed even if a switch is not pushed continuously, and therefore its convenience is high and the safety is high furthermore.SOLUTION: A remote controller of an agricultural machine is provided in an agricultural machine installed in a traveling machine body, and includes a communication unit for transmitting a radio wave containing a command signal to a radio communication control device for controlling the operation of the agricultural machine according to the command signal contained in the radio wave received by an antenna. The remote controller has a various command switch to send a command signal for controlling various operation of the agricultural machine, a memory unit for storing command signal data to control the various operation, and a control unit for reading command signal data from the memory unit and sending it to a communication unit corresponding to the switch turned on when any one of the command switch and a power switch.
