PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information processing system allowing a user to know a piece of medical information used as a reference at a medical conference and a discussion based thereon and to reuse the same.SOLUTION: The medical information processing system includes: storing means display means reference position collection means calculation means and output means. The storing means previously stores medical images. The display means displays the medical images. The reference position collection means collects a position where at least one referrer makes a reference to in the medical images. The calculation means calculates a piece of information of an interest position as an integrated point where plural referrers make references based on the reference positions collected by the reference position collection means.
