The composition in the form of solid film comprises a layer (A) comprising a fibrinogen activator and a biocompatible material and a layer (B) comprising fibrinogen and a biocompatible material, wherein the fibrinogen activator and the fibrinogen are not present simultaneously in one and the same layer. The invention also describes a composition in the form of a film comprising a compressed mixture of a lyophilisate comprising a fibrinogen activator and a lyophilisate comprising fibrinogen. Further, a composition in the form of a film comprising a fibrinogen activator and fibrinogen, obtained by compressing of a mixture comprising (a) a solid phase comprising fibrinogen in a polymer matrix and (b) a lyophilisate comprising a fibrinogen activator is also disclosed. Said compositions can be used in the preparation of fibrin adhesives and in hemostasis, tissue adhesion and wound healing.Linvention concerne une composition sous la forme dun film solide comprenant une couche (A) comprenant un activateur de fibrinogène et un matériau biocompatible et une couche (B) comprenant du fibrinogène et un matériau biocompatible, lactivateur de fibrinogène et le fibrinogène nétant pas présents simultanément dans une même couche. Linvention concerne également une composition sous la forme dun film comprenant un mélange comprimé dun lyophilisat comprenant un activateur de fibrinogène et un lyophilisat comprenant du fibrinogène. En outre, une composition sous la forme dun film comprenant un activateur de fibrinogène et du fibrinogène, obtenue par compression dun mélange comprenant (a) une phase solide comprenant du fibrinogène dans une matrice polymère et (b) un lyophilisat comprenant un activateur de fibrinogène est également décrite. Lesdites compositions peuvent être utilisées dans la préparation dadhésifs de fibrine et dans lhémostase, ladhérence de tissu et la cicatrisation.
