PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic apparatus capable of performing biosignal synchronous imaging while appropriately measuring a biosignal, and biological measurement device.SOLUTION: The medical image diagnostic apparatus has an acquisition part for acquiring information related to a measurement environment of a biosignal of a subject； and a control part for controlling the operation for examining the subject on the basis of the information related to the measurement environment.
