PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube and a tube assembly, capable of easily bundling a plurality of tubes without using a binding band or the like.SOLUTION: A tube 10 includes: a body part 13 that forms a flow passage 11 through which fluid passes, and has an annular transverse section 13s； a connection part 15 that is integrally formed in parallel with the body part 13, in which a split groove 16 capable of inserting and holding another tube 20 is provided in a longitudinal direction X, and that has a non-annular transverse section 15s. The connection part 15 is formed so as to enable the body part 13 to be inserted and held.
