To provide a bed conveying device capable of being easily connected to a bed.SOLUTION: A bed conveying device 100 includes a connection part 50 provided in a lateral face at one side of a body part 1, and connected to a bed in the lateral face of the bed, and a wheel 3A for moving the body part 1. In the bed conveying device 100, the connection part 50 is connected to the bed by pressing a lower horizontal frame 23 of the bed from the bottom, and due to that the connection part 50 presses the lower horizontal frame 23 from the bottom, a load is applied to between the connection part 50 and the lower horizontal frame 23. With this, the connection part 50 and the lower horizontal frame 23 are connected due to friction force between the connection part 50 and the lower horizontal frame 23.
