The apparatus for skin treatment according to the embodiment of the present invention is equipped with skin adsorbing means to adsorb the epidermis layer of the skin so as to enable a plurality of needles to easily penetrate soft skin tissues such as the endodermis, eyelid and lips to reach the dermis layer of the skin.
