PURPOSE: A high-pressure air type lotus root harvester using high-pressure air is provided to spray the high-pressure air to lotus root culture soil having high hardness for easily harvesting the lotus roots. CONSTITUTION: A high-pressure air type lotus root harvester includes a pressure chamber(20), a main body(30), a crushing unit(40), and a control unit. The pressure chamber includes a hollow space in the inside for storing high-pressure air, and a high-pressure air inlet for consecutively feeding the high-pressure air. The main body is combined to the pressure chamber on the upper side and a lower plate on the lower side, and includes a high-pressure air chamber receiving the high-pressure air by being separated from the pressure chamber. The crushing unit is combined to the lower plate, and includes a nozzle pipe with a spraying port for spraying the high-pressure air to outside. The control unit controls the main body and the pressure chamber for supplying the high-pressure air.본 발명은 고압공기를 이용한 공압식 연근 수확기에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 연근재배지에 단부에 분사구가 형성된 장형 삽입관을 삽설하고, 상기 삽입관에는 고압공기를 공급하여 조작부에 의해 고압공기가 삽입관의 분사구를 통해 분사되게 함으로써 연근을 감싸는 토양을 파쇄하여 연근 적출이 용이하게 이루어지도록 하는 연근수확기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 연근수확기는 수분함량이 높은 토양 또는 수분 함량이 낮은 건조토양에서 재배한 연근을 수확하는 수확기에 있어서, 고압의 공기가 저장되는 압력실과； 상기 압력실에 상부면이 결합되고, 내부에는 상기 압력실과 분리되어 고압공기를 공급받는 고압공기실이 형성되는 본체와； 상기 본체의 하부면에 결합되고 측면에 분사구가 형성된 노즐관을 구비하여 상기 압력실의 고압공기를 외부로 분사하는 파쇄부와； 상기 본체와 압력실을 단속하여 고압공기를 공급하는 단속부；를 포함하여 구성된다.
