PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harmful animal repelling device for repelling a harmful animal effectively by reliably generating a warning sound of required volume.SOLUTION: A harmful animal repelling device includes a metal cylindrical member 12 that covers the outside, a battery 26 provided inside the cylindrical member 12, and a motor 30 connected to the battery 26. A weight 34 provided to a rotation shaft 31 of the motor 30 swings and hits the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical member 12 by the rotation of the motor 30, and generates sound. One end part of the cylindrical member 12 is a large diameter part 12a with a large cross-sectional shape, and the part other than the large diameter part 12a is a small diameter part 12b.
