PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medication confirming device and a medication confirming system capable of acquiring correct information about medication with less burden on a patient or a subject.SOLUTION: An image acquiring means 24 is equipped so that images of the inner cavity of mouth can be consecutively taken and acquired when a subject drinks water with a medication auxiliary tool 11 consisting of a glass in taking medicine. A power supply 25 consists of a chargeable battery, and is attached so as to supply power for drive to the image acquiring means 24. A control means 27 has a water detection sensor 28 which is attached to the inner surface of the medication auxiliary tool 11 and can detect water inside the tool when the medication auxiliary tool 11 is inclined to drink the water, and causes the image acquiring means 24 to be driven during the water detecting sensor 28 is detecting the water.
