The present invention relates to a warning system for muscle fatigue, and a method for measuring muscle fatigue for the same. The warning system for muscle fatigue comprises a muscle fatigue measurement unit, a wireless transceiver unit, an imaging device, and a muscle fatigue analysis unit. The muscle fatigue measurement unit is mounted on the body of a user to measure a muscle fatigue signal. The wireless transceiver unit wirelessly transmits and receives the muscle fatigue signal. The imaging device shows a condition of the body to the user.
