A kind of actuator device includes electroactive polymer (30) and for drive signal to be delivered into electroactive polymer so that the driver (34) of its deformation.Controller is suitable to generation signal, and the signal includes the AC components for being used to introduce the vibration (40,42) of electroactive polymer.The vibration is used to reduce the friction between electroactive polymer and adjacent component (32).AC components can be superimposed upon on low frequency AC or DC drive level.Bir aktüatör cihaz bir elektroaktif polimer (30) ve onu deforme etmek üzere elektroaktif polimere bir sürüş sinyalinin dağıtımını yapmak için bir kontrol edici (34) içerir.
