PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding rice transplanter including a non-uniform velocity transmission device and a torque limiter provided in a transmission system to a seedling planting device, the riding rice transplanter improved in maintainability of the non-uniform velocity transmission device and the torque limiter.SOLUTION: A riding rice transplanter is configured so that the power of an engine is transmitted to a spacing speed change gear provided in the interior of a transmission case. The riding rice transplanter includes, between the spacing speed change gear and a seedling planting device, a non-uniform velocity transmission device 52, and a torque limiter 53 which transmits the power to the downstream side when the load applied to a seedling planting device is equal to or less than a preset value, and intercepts the power to the downstream side when the load applied to the seedling planting device exceeds the preset value, so that the power of the spacing speed change gear is transmitted to the seedling planting device through the non-uniform velocity transmission device 52 and the torque limiter 53.
