The present invention relates to a diasome and a cosmetic composition including the same, and more specifically, to the diasome, a nanostructure composed of lecithin, which is a new structure that can structurally penetrate the skin much more stable than conventional liposomes. By adding diamond, sapphire, or ruby powder during the preparation of diasome, a particle form which can structurally penetrate the skin more stable than nanostructures such as conventional liposomes can be materialized, thereby skin absorption rate can be enhanced.
