The present invention relates to a composition containing the essential oil of asaroum as an active ingredient and having an antibacterial effect against antibiotic resistant bacteria, wherein 6-10 mg/ml of the essential oil of asaroum is contained. The composition of the present invention has effects in controlling the increase in antibiotic resistant bacteria and controlling the carbohydrate metabolism of antibiotic resistant bacteria so that the generation of acid is controlled and the generation of biofilms of the antibiotic resistant bacteria is controlled.본 발명인 세신의 정유를 유효 성분으로 함유하는 항생제내성균주에 대한 항균 조성물은, 세신의 정유를 6~10 mg/ml 함유하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 하고 있다. 본 발명인 세신의 정유를 유효 성분으로 함유하는 조성물은 항생제내성균주 증식 억제 효과와 더불어, 항생제내성균주의 당질대사 억제를 통한 산 생성 억제 효과, 그리고 항생제내성균주의 바이오필름 형성을 억제하는 효과를 보유하고 있다.
