1. A composition comprising: (a) extracts of pure andrographolid, (b) extracts in combination with phospholipids. 2. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the extract contains from 20% to 60% andrographolides, preferably 35%. The composition of claim 2, wherein the andrografides are andrografide, 14-deoxy-11,12-didehydroandrographolide and neoandrographolide. The composition according to claim 1, where the extract contains from 20% to 30% Gingko flavonol glycosides, and from 2% to 10% of a mixture of diterpenes / sesquiterpenes. The composition of claim 1, wherein the phospholipids comprise phosphatidylserine. The composition according to claim 5, where the content of phosphatidylserine is in the range from 5 to 50%. A composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising oils of vegetable or animal origin, enriched in ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. The composition of claim 7, wherein the oils are selected from linseed oil, two-year-old evening primrose oil, blackcurrant oil, fish oil and their derivatives. A composition comprising: (a) extracts of pure andrographolid, (b) extracts in combination with phospholipids for use in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. 10. The use of a composition comprising: (a) extracts of pure andrographolid, (b) extracts in combination with phospholipids for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. 11. The use of claim 10 for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. 12. The use of claim 10 for the treatment of multiple sclerosis.1.
