The functional coffee containing a medicinal herb according to the present invention comprises 30 to 70% by weight of coffee and 30 to 70% by weight of a medicinal herb, wherein the medicinal herb comprises: 20 to 40 parts by weight of a blood reinforcing agent comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of Aalviae miltiorrhizae and Achyranthes japonica 10 to 30 parts by weight of an energy reinforcing agent comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of a milk vetch root and Codonopsis pilosula 5 to 15 parts by weight of a virility reinforcing agent comprising a matrimony vine 20 to 40 parts by weight of a stamina reinforcing agent comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of Cistanche deserticola and a cuscuta seed and 10 to 20 parts by weight of an antibacterial tonic comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of Tribulus terrestris and cinnamon, on the basis of 100 parts by weight of a tonic comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of polygonatum, summer cypress and cassia seeds.Linvention concerne un café fonctionnel contenant une plante médicinale qui réduit les effets secondaires de la caféine et est donc bénéfique pour la santé et un procédé de préparation associé.
