PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition for a skin material for decorative molding excellent in oil resistance, wear resistance, film moldability, vacuum moldability and integration moldability, and with which, the obtained molded part has an extremely satisfactory touch feeling.SOLUTION: Provided is a thermoplastic elastomer composition for a skin material for decorative molding comprising, to 100 pts.mass of (a) a block copolymer resin component consisting of (a-1), e.g., made of SBS in 55 to 5 mass% and (a-2), e.g., made of SEBS in 45 to 95 mass%, (b) a softener for a non-aromatic rubber in 30 to 300 pts.mass,(c) a polypropylene resin in 10 to 300 pts.mass, (d) an organic peroxide in 0.5 to 5.0 pts.mass and (e) a crosslinking assistant in 1.0 to 10.0 pts.mass.
