The present invention relates to new bacteriophage having contagiosity to Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a mutant thereof, progeny thereof, and a use thereof. The bacteriophage of the present invention specifically infects Pseudomonas aeruginosa which is an opportunistic strain, and has resistance to various kinds of antibiotics for effectively removing Pseudomonas strains which are pathogenic bacteria causing serious problems in medical world and for being used as an antibiotic. The bacteriophage also interferes the generation of a biofilm and provides an anti-fouling effect to food hygiene devices and medical devices.본원은 슈도모나스 에루기노사에 대한 감염성을 갖는 신규한 박테리오파아지, 그 변이체 및 그 프로지니와 그 용도를 개시한다. 본원에 따른 박테리오파아지는 기회감염성 균주인 슈도모나스 에루기노사(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)을 특이적으로 감염하여, 다양한 항생제에 내성을 가져 의료계에서 크게 문제가 병원균인 슈도모나스 균주를 효과적으로 제거하여 항생제로서 사용될 수 있음 물론, 또한 생물막(biofilm)을 형성을 방해하여 식품위생기기 및 의료 기기 등에 대한 방오효과도 제공할 수 있다.
