Described herein are antibodies, fragments thereof and multi-specific binding agents that bind an Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) latent membrane protein 2 (LMP2) peptide presented by HLA class I molecules, in particular, HLA-A02. Also provided herein are methods of using the same or compositions thereof for the detection, prevention and/or therapeutic treatment of diseases characterized by expression of an EBV-LMP2 peptide presented by HLA-A02, in particular, Burkit's lymphoma, Hodgkin's lymphoma and nasopharyngeal carcinoma.En la presente se describen anticuerpos, fragmentos de estos y agentes de unión multiespecíficos que se unen a in póptido de la proteína latente de membrana 2 (LMP2) del virus de Epstein-Barr (EBV), el póptido es presentado por molóculas HLA clase I, en particular, HLA-A02. En la presente se proporcionan, además, métodos de uso de los mismos o composiciones de estos para la detección, prevención y/o tratamiento terapóutico de enfermedades caracterizadas por la expresión de un póptido de LMP2 de EBV presentado por HLA-A02, en particular, linfoma de Burkitt, linfoma de Hoodgkin y carcinoma nasofaríngeo.
