A scutellarin derivative, 4,5,6- trimethoxy-7-hydroxy-flavon-O-(2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-glucuronide), the preparing process, the pharmaceutical composition and the use thereof are provided. The compound is obtained by methyl-etherification and acetylation of scutellarin as staring material and then separation. The compound of the present invention and the pharmaceutical composition thereof can be used for treating cardio-cerebro vascular diseases, inflammation and tumor.
