The present invention discloses a ultrasonic cell stimulation device, comprises: at least one ultrasonic sensor for generating a shock wave； an upper base having at least one fixing portion on a side thereof； and a lower base having a first surface and a second surface, the lower base comprising a recess recessed from the first surface of the lower cover and an opening disposed on the second surface of the lower base and communicated with the recess, wherein an abutting portion is formed at the bottom of the recess； wherein the upper base is partially disposed within the recess of the lower base so that the at least one ultrasonic sensor disposed between the at least one fixing portion and the first surface, and a glass plate disposed on the abutting portion within the recess of the lower base and fixed between the upper base and the lower base.
