The present invention discloses a ultrasonic cell stimulation device, comprises: at least one ultrasonic sensor for generating a shock wave; an upper base having at least one fixing portion on a side thereof; and a lower base having a first surface and a second surface, the lower base comprising a recess recessed from the first surface of the lower cover and an opening disposed on the second surface of the lower base and communicated with the recess, wherein an abutting portion is formed at the bottom of the recess; wherein the upper base is partially disposed within the recess of the lower base so that the at least one ultrasonic sensor disposed between the at least one fixing portion and the first surface, and a glass plate disposed on the abutting portion within the recess of the lower base and fixed between the upper base and the lower base. Therefore, the ultrasonic wave transfers from the first surface and extends into the abutting portion and the glass plate thereon to generate a uniform ultrasonic field above the glass plate.本發明揭露一種超音波細胞刺激裝置,包括:至少一超音波傳感器,用以產生震波;上蓋,其側面設有至少一固定部;以及下蓋,具有第一面以及第二面,該下蓋包括:凹槽,係自該下蓋之該第一面向內凹陷;及開口,係設於該下蓋之該第二面並連通該凹槽,其中,該凹槽之底部形成有抵接部;其中,該上蓋係部分容設於該下蓋之該凹槽內,使該至少一超音波傳感器係夾設固定於該至少一固定部及該第一面之間,以及使一玻璃片設於該下蓋之該凹槽內的該抵接部上並固定於該上蓋及該下蓋之間,俾使該震波從該第一面開始傳遞並延伸進入該抵接部及其上之該玻璃片,從而於該玻璃片上方產生均勻可控的聲場。
