PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orally disintegrable tablet which cannot be easily influenced by physical properties and content of active ingredients and the like, has intraoral rapid disintegrability and high tablet strength, and further does not substantially contain crystalline cellulose.SOLUTION: The orally disintegrable tablet contains (a) an active ingredient, (b) starch whose content of amylose is 20-30 mass% and gelatinization ratio is less than 10%, and (c) one or more kinds of inorganic excipients selected from the group consisting of magnesium silicate, calcium silicate, and hydrotalcite. The form of the orally disintegrable tablet is a monolayer tablet or a dry coated tablet having an inner core and an outer layer part. The content of the crystalline cellulose in the outer layer part of the orally disintegrable tablet which is a monolayer tablet or a dry coated tablet is 0-5 mass%.【課題】有効成分等の物理的性質及び含有量に影響され難く、口腔内での速やかな崩壊性と高い錠剤強度とを兼ね備え、更に結晶セルロースを実質的に含まない口腔内崩壊錠の提供。【解決手段】（ａ）有効成分、（ｂ）アミロースの含有量が２０～３０質量％かつアルファー化度が１０％未満のデンプン、及び、（ｃ）ケイ酸マグネシウム、ケイ酸カルシウム、及び合成ヒドロタルサイトからなる群から選択される１種以上の無機賦形剤を含む口腔内崩壊錠。口腔内崩壊錠の形態としては、単層錠、又は内核及び外層部を有する有核錠であり、単層錠である口腔内崩壊錠、又は有核錠である口腔内崩壊錠の外層部における結晶セルロースの含有量が０～５質量％である口腔内崩壊錠。【選択図】なし
