Intraokulare Waschlösung umfassend mindestens ein semifluoriertes Alkan und mindestens einen in dem semifluorierten Alkan gelösten Farbstoff zur Entfernung von Silikonölen aus dem Auge, wobei das semifluorierte Alkan ausgewählt ist aus Verbindungen der nachfolgenden Formel RFRH oder RFRHRF wobei RF eine lineare oder verzweigte Perfluoralkylgruppe mit 3 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen und RH eine lineare oder verzweigte, gesättigte Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen ist, wobei die Kohlenstoffkette insgesamt 4 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatome aufweist.An intraocular washing solution comprising at least a semi fluorinated alkane, and at least one in the semi fluorinated alkane dissolved dye for the removal of silicone oils from the eye, wherein the fluorine either alkane is selected from compounds of the following formula # # str5 # # rFRH or rFRHRF where rF a linear or branched perfluoroalkyl group with 3 to 20 carbon atoms and rH a linear or branched, saturated alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and the carbon chain has a total of 4 to 30 carbon atoms.
