The present invention relates to a mulching vinyl sheet punching device for punching a vinyl sheet, laid on a furrow, to plant a seed or a seedling. The mulching vinyl sheet punching device punches a vinyl sheet and collects the remains of the vinyl sheet, generated after punching, at the same time, marks a next punching location, and forms a hole for planting a seed or a seedling at once. The mulching vinyl sheet punching device comprises: a main body which is in the shape of a box having an inner space and an open lower end portion and has a punching blade, formed on an edge of the open lower end portion, for punching a vinyl sheet； a handle formed on an upper side of the main body； and a collection pin which is formed in the inner space of the main body and collects at least one cut vinyl piece. A distance displaying device formed in the shape of L is installed on the handle joined to the main body to mark a punching location in a next location while a user performs a vinyl sheet punching process. Accordingly, intervals of punching locations are maintained to be constant. A drill member for performing vinyl sheet punching and removing processes and making a hole on a furrow to plant a seed or a seedling at the same time is installed in a center of the inner space of the main body.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 이랑에 깔린 비닐을 씨앗이나 모종을 심기 위하여 천공하는 멀칭 비닐천공기에 관한 것으로, 비닐을 천공하면서 천공 후 발생된 비닐조각이 동시에 수거토록 하면서 다음 천공자리를 표시토록 하고 씨앗이나 모종을 심기 위한 구멍이 한번에 형성되도록 한 것이다.이를 위하여 본 발명은 내공간이 형성되면서 하단이 개구된 함체형상으로 되어 개구된 하단테두리에 비닐을 천공하는 천공날이 형성된 본체와 상기 본체의 상면에 손잡이가 형성되고, 본체의 내공간에는 하나 이상의 절개된 비닐조각을 수거하는 수거핀이 형성되고 본체와 연결된 손잡이에는 "ㄱ"자 형상으로 된 거리표시기를 장착하여 비닐천공 작업을 하면서 다음 위치에 천공할 위치를 표시하여 천공자리의 간격을 일정하게 유지토록 하고 본체의 내공간 정중앙에 비닐천공하는 작업과 제거작업과 동시에 씨앗이나 모종을 심기 위해 이랑에 구멍을 내는 드릴부재를 장착토록 한 것이다.
