PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pharmaceutical composition having dopamine D2 agonist action.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition containing a compound represented by the general formula (I) [where Ris cyano or the like, Rand Rare hydrogen or the like, Ris Calkyl or the like, Ris Calkyl, halo Calkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkyl Calkyl, aralkyl or the like, Rand Rare each hydrogen, Calkyl, halo Calkyl, cycloalkyl, Calkoxy Calkyl, RRN-Calkyl or the like] or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, and use thereof are provided. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention has excellent dopamine D2 receptor stimulation action and is therefore useful as a therapeutic or preventive agent for Parkinson disease and the like.
