PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coherence tomography (OCT) system, having high sweep speed or an optical type shape-measuring instrument that uses the OCT system.SOLUTION: The optical coherence tomography system (1) is equipped with a multi-wavelength light source (2) equipped with an optical frequency COM generator, or the like, an optical frequency sweep device (3) equipped with an optical single side wave band modulator, to which the light from the multi-wavelength light source (2) is inputted, and a light-detecting part (5) for detecting the light outputted from a measuring object (4) irradiated with the light from the optical frequency sweep device (3).
