The present invention concerns two new bacterial strains of the species Bacillus amyloliquefaciens having deposit number DSMZ 29231 and DSMZ 29232, herein identified as BOT SPO and STB / 01 respectively. Said strains and mixtures thereof are effective in the agronomic sector for field and/ or greenhouse treatments on agricultural cultivations, particularly in the prevention and/ or treatment of fungal and/ or bacterial diseases in plants； the spectrum of activity is broad, being particularly effective against some fungal and bacterial species.
