PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic massage device and a net member, capable of effectively reducing a burden on a user when lying on a support sheet.SOLUTION: A water bed 1 for performing massage by jetting a liquid filled in a sealed space to a user comprises: a support sheet 110 disposed above the liquid for supporting the user a net 131 which is placed over at least a part of the support sheet 110 and in which a mesh is formed by a filamentous member and fixing members 140, 150 for fixing the net 131 to a device body while the net 131 is stretched. The net 131 supports the user without sinking below the support sheet 110 in a state of being mounted to the device body, and a pressure of a jet flow jetted to the user is applied to the user through the mesh of the net 131.
