Treatments of the present disclosure include the use of host cells expressing a fusion protein such as anti-CD20 CAR optionally in combination with a CD20-specific binding molecule, a chemotherapeutic agent, an inhibitor of an immunosuppressive component, or a combination thereof. . Optionally, the method may further comprise a therapeutically effective amount of a CD20 specific binding molecule in combination with a host cell expressing a fusion protein specific for CD20.
