Conventionally, there are few cases in which a storage for storing rainwater discarded in rainy weather is installed in a building or a residential area. A general catchment tank is installed in a basement or a roof of a building. Rainwater falling to the roof of buildings or buildings is thrown away through the drain pipes. Its purpose is to provide a rainwater reservoir with a potted plant that can be stored and used as secondary living water.종래에는 건축물 또는 주거지에 우천 시 버려지는 빗물을 저장하는 저장고가 설치된 예가 거의 없는 실정이다, 일반적인 집수 탱크는 건물의 지하 또는 옥상에 설치되어지는 실정이다,이에 본 고안은 우천 시 통상의 일반건물 옥상이나 건물의 지붕으로 내리는 빗물은 배수관을 통하여 버려지고 있는 실정이다, 배수관을 통하여 버려지는 빗물을 건물 옥외의 주변 환경과 어울리는 조경기능을 가진 화분이 결합 된 빗물저장고를 설치하여 버려지는 빗물을 집수,저장하여 2차 생활용수로 사용할 수 있도록 하는 화분이 결합 된 빗물저장고를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
