The present invention relates to a needle-type endoscope comprising: a camera tube having an image capturing means equipped therein; a needle covering the camera tube from the outside and having a sharp tip, for incision of the body, on the front end; and a handle, wherein the length of the camera tube is longer than the length of the needle. Moreover, the present invention relates to a needle-type endoscope comprising: a camera tube having an image capturing means equipped therein; a needle covering the camera tube from the outside and having a sharp tip, for incision of the body, on the front end; and a handle to which the needle having the camera tube equipped therein is coupled, wherein the length of the camera tube is longer than the length of the needle. Accordingly, the camera tube for obtaining an image is disposed inside the needle for incision of the body, and the camera tube can slide forward and backward inside the needle, and thus the integrated needle-type endoscope, which can exclude constituents such as a cannula or a sheath for providing an insertion path for an endoscope and a cutting tool, can be provided. Moreover, by means of forming an inclined portion on the end part of the sharp tip, damage to the inside of the body due to the operation and displacement of the endoscope after the insertion of the endoscope is prevented and safety can be enhanced. Moreover, the backward movement of the camera tube can be prevented by means of forming a fixing projection or a fixing groove, corresponding to the inclined portion, on one side of the camera tube, and allowing the inclined portion to come into contact with the fixing protrusion or the fixing groove as the camera tube moves forward.
