The present invention relates to a pest access blocking device. More specifically, the present invention relates to a detachable pest access blocking device which enables a pest access blocking device capable of rotating a tape containing an insect-resistant component to a hat by using a battery or solar light as a power supply. Therefore, the pest access blocking device can be applied to various types of hats, and can effectively block a pest accessing around a hat while being attached to the hat. The device comprises: a rotating body in which a rotating shaft is provided an insect-resistant rotor for rotating around the rotating shaft and a fixed body detachably fixed to a lower part of the rotating body.
