The invention relates to veterinary science and can be used for enhancing non-specific resistance in livestock. The method involves administering to an animal an agent consisting of a lysate of peripheral blood leukocytes and/or stem cells and/or progenitor cells derived from animals, and the conditioned medium in which the above were cultivated, having a molecular mass of from 1 to 200 kDa, wherein not less than 80% of the total mass of protein has a molecular mass of from 5 to 120 kDa, said agent being characterized by the presence of peaks at a wavelength of 270-290 nm and 200-225 nm in the UV range of the spectrum and having the following ratio of components: 0.01-10 wt% lysate of peripheral blood leukocytes and stem cells and/or progenitor cells 90.0-99.9 wt% conditioned medium. The preparation is proven to be effective in increasing the viability and improving the physical condition of livestock by optimizing the metabolic processes in the body and enhancing non-specific resistance.Linvention se rapporte au domaine de la médecine vétérinaire et peut être utilisée afin daccroître la résistance non spécifique de lorganisme danimaux de ferme. Ce procédé consiste à administrer à lanimal un milieu comprenant un lysate de leucocytes de sang périphérique et/ou de cellules souches et/ou progénitrices danimaux, un milieu conditionné de culture de ces dernières ayant une masse moléculaire de 1 à 200 kDa, au moins 80% de la masse globale des protéines possédant un poids moléculaire de 5 à 120 kDa, lequel procédé est caractérisé par la présence de pics à une longueur donde de 270-290 nm et 200-225 nm dans le spectre UV, ceci selon les proportions suivantes en poids des composants : lysate de leucocytes de sang périphérique et/ou de cellules souches et/ou progénitrices : 0,01-10 milieu conditionné : 90,0-99,9.
