PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for extracting prickly pear emulsion are provided to easily extract emulsion and to eliminate remaining impurities after the extraction of the emulsion by arranging prickly pear materials in a stainless steel net. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for extracting prickly pear emulsion includes a heating container housing(10), a heater line(20), a first heat supplying boiler(30), a heater core(40), a second heat supplying power part(50), a second heat supplying rotating part(60), a stainless steel net(70), a storing container housing(80), and a filter(90). Prickly pear is temporarily stored in the heating container housing. The heater line heats the heating container housing. The first heat supplying boiler supplies warm water to the heater line. The heater core heats the inside of the heating container housing at a constant temperature. The second heat supplying power part supplies electricity to the heater core. The second heat supplying rotating part rotates the heater core and uniformly heats the inside of the heating container housing.본 발명은 열매체를 구비하되 2개의 가열수단을 구비하여 빠른 속도로 600도(℃)로 가열한 상태에서 72시간 동안 백련초 유액을 추출하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 백련초 유액 추출장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로,백년초를 채집하여 세척하고, 수분을 건조시키는 제 1 단계(S10)와； 백년초 내용물을 완전하게 추출하기 위하여 3Cm 이하의 크기로 절단하는 제 2 단계(S20)； 절단된 백년초를 100 - 150메쉬로 이루어진 스테인레스 철망에 담아 가열 용기 하우징에 투입하는 제 3 단계(S30)； 제 1 열공급용 보일러 및 제 2 열공급용 전원부를 이용하여 내부온도를 600도(℃) 까지 상승시킨 다음 72시간 동안 가열하는 제 4 단계(S40)와； 필터로 필터링한 다음 스테인레스 금속관을 통하여 저장 용기 하우징에 백년초 유액을 모으는 제 5 단계(S50)； 백년초 유액을 모두 모으면 스테인레스 철망을 가열용기 하우징으로부터 분리한후 스테인레스 철망으로부터 백년초 찌꺼기를 꺼내고 세척후 새로운 절단된 백년초를 투입하는 제 6 단계(S60)로 이루어짐이 특징이다.
