The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of silodosin and a novel intermediate product thereof. More particularly, the manufacturing method in the present invention uses a novel intermediate product to manufacture high-yield and high-purity silodosin through a simple manufacturing process. Therefore, the manufacturing method in the present invention is industrially useful. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises the steps of: a) preparing a compound represented by chemical formula 4 by desalinating a compound represented by chemical formula 5 in presence of alkaline metal hydroxide; b) preparing a compound represented by chemical formula 2 by hydrolyzing the compound represented by chemical formula 4 using alkaline metal hydroxide in presence of an oxidizing agent; c) preparing a compound represented by chemical formula 1 by making a coupling reaction of the compounds represented by chemical formula 2 and chemical formula 3 in presence of an inorganic base; and d) dissolving the compound represented by chemical formula 1 in an alcohol at an elevated temperature and precipitating crystals after seeding γ-type crystals of silodosin.본 발명은 실로도신 및 그의 중간체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 신규 중간체를 사용하여 단순한 제조공정을 통해 고수율 및 고순도의 실로도신을 제조할 수 있어 산업적으로 매우 적합한 제조방법을 제공한다. 색인어실로도신, 인돌린 화합물,
