Providing an inspection support system, a tablet dispensing device, and a dispensing control program, being capable of supporting a pharmacist in an inspection operation of inspecting a result of a dispensing process performed by a tablet dispensing device, is a problem to be solved. The inspection support system includes: a first storage processing unit that stores a first photographed image of a tablet taken in a first dispensing process in which one or more tablets are packaged by a packaging material for each timing of dosage on the basis of prescription data, and a second photographed image of the tablet taken in one or more second dispensing processes that are re-performed for one or more timings of the dosage after the first dispensing process is performed, while associating the images with the prescription data； and a display processing unit capable of displaying the first photographed image and the second photographed image stored by the first storage processing unit.
