The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting biofilm formation of Gram-negative bacteria and its use including terane as an active ingredient, and the terane of the present invention effectively inhibits the production of virulence factors and biofilm formation, thereby enhancing the antibiotic sensitivity of pathogenic microorganisms. Since it is effective in the treatment, it may be usefully used as a therapeutic agent for infectious diseases caused by fungicides or pathogenic microorganisms.본 발명은 테레인을 유효성분으로 포함하는 그람음성균의 생물막 형성 억제용 조성물 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 테레인은 병독성 인자의 생성 및 생물막 형성을 효과적으로 저해하여 병원성 미생물의 항생제 감수성을 증진시키는 효과가 있으므로, 살균제 또는 병원성 미생물에 의해 유발된 감염성 질환의 치료 보조제로 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
