A bone reinforcement device and a tool for mounting the same are provided. The device includes an implant including a barrel and a device. The implant may be inflated by an inflation device comprising an outer tube and a base, a hollow body and a handler. An inflation device may be attached to the implant to position the implant on the bone to be treated and to adjust the degree of inflation. The expansion device may be replaced by an injector device including a container for a bone connector and an injection handler.
