PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for selecting a condition for X-ray photography suitable for a subject by the measurement of the thickness of the head by the image recognition even if a head fixture is left unclosed.SOLUTION: The device has one or a plurality of cameras set on or near a device body, an arithmetic operation part for processing/operating image signals from the cameras, and a control part for controlling conditions for the X-ray photography by the output signals from the arithmetic operation part in X-ray equipment.
