The present invention relates to a headrest for surgery. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a headrest for surgery which is capable of performing installation relationship of the endotracheal tube conveniently and stably by forming an inserting tube induction hole in a sponge supporting block and connecting an endotracheal tube through the inserting tube induction hole, which prevents unnecessary shaking to breakaway phenomena of the endotracheal tube by enabling a clamping fixing member and others to firmly fix and retain the endotracheal tube installed through the inserting tube induction hole, and which is capable of fundamentally solving such problems as fatal physical side effects due to the installation relationship, e.g., damages or others of human body organs due to the endotracheal tube unstably installed.
