PURPOSE: A liquid phase formulation of long acting human growth hormone conjugate is provided to prevent viral infection and to ensure storage stability. CONSTITUTION: A liquid phase formulation of long acting human growth hormone conjugate contains: pharmacologically effective amount of long acting human growth hormone(hGH) conjugate containing hGH and immunoglobulin Fc region； and an albumin-free stabilizing agent. The stabilizing agent contains a buffer solution, sugar-alcohol, non-ionic surfactant, and sodium chloride. The immunoglobulin Fc region is derived from IgG, IgA, IgD, IgE, or IgM. The sugar alcohol is mannitol, or sorbitol. The buffer solubion is citric acid or phosphate buffer solution.본 발명은 유도체를 포함하는 인간 성장 호르몬 (human growth hormone, hGH)의 생체 내 지속성 및 안정성이 향상된 지속형 결합체가 장기간 안정하게 유지될 수 있는 액상 제제에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 액상 제제는 완충용액, 비이온성 계면 활성제, 당알코올 및 염화나트륨을 함유하는 안정화제를 포함하고, 인간 혈청 알부민 및 인체에 잠재적으로 유해한 인자를 포함하지 않아 바이러스 감염의 우려가 없이 우수한 저장 안정성을 나타낸다.
