PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress obstruction of an X-ray dynamic image analysis by a movement generated in a body during radiography.SOLUTION: In an X-ray dynamic image processing device, a first image and a second image in the same anatomical region, which are images in which a movement accompanying respiration is not generated are extracted, from a first frame image and a second frame image respectively included in an X-ray dynamic image acquired by performing radiography of a body in a respiration state. A movement amount of the body is estimated from a change from the first image to the second image. Using the movement amount, image conversion that suppresses an influence of the movement of the body is performed to the second frame image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】X線撮影が行われている間に身体に発生した動きがX線動画像の解析を阻害することを抑制する。【解決手段】X線動画像処理装置において、呼吸状態にある身体をX線撮影することにより得られるX線動画像に含まれる第1のフレーム画像および第2のフレーム画像から呼吸に伴う動きが発生しない像である同一の解剖学的領域の第1の像および第2の像がそれぞれ抽出される。第1の像から第2の像への変化から身体の移動量が推定される。移動量を用いて身体の動きの影響を抑制する画像変換が第2のフレーム画像に行われる。【選択図】図1
