A method and system are for collating, storing, analyzing and enabling accessto dataassociated with test subjects. Test data associated with the test subjects isreceived viatest devices, and transmitted to and stored in a remote database as collecteddata, whereit is analyzed. The analyzed data is stored in the remote database. Remoteaccess tocollected or analyzed data is enabled. The system includes the test devices,the remotedatabase, the test data, a processor to analyze the collected data, and anaccesssubsystem to enable the remote access. In a peer-to-peer version of the methodandsystem, peer devices are located remotely of the test devices. The peerdevices are incommunication with the test devices, and a processing subsystem creates aprogrammed or adaptive response in the peer devices, based upon the collecteddatareceived by the test devices.
