PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air mat device, by which a blood vessel is not pressed even if a patient is laid for a long time, the generation of bedsore and pain is suppressed, blood circulation is improved, and thereby heightening comfort.SOLUTION: The air mat 2 comprises a plurality of independent cells arranged in parallel in the height direction of a patient in a laid posture. A pressure sensor 8 detects pressure distribution acting on respective cells. An air supply/exhaust device 4 supplies/exhausts air to/from the respective cells, respectively. A controller 5 is connected to the pressure sensor 8 and the air supply/exhaust device 4. The controller 5 has a pressure storage part to store a pressure-set value preset for every cell of the respective cells of a second cell group 11.
